Ou seja, exercício consiste em realizar movimentos abstratos em um padrão estereotipado e repetitivo. Na essência exercício é uma pequena parte do todo, uma atividade tirada de seu contexto natural. No mundo selvagem não se observa qualquer coisa parecida com isso. Sim, roedores vão correr em rodas em jaulas, mas soltem-os na grama com uma roda dessas do lado, e eles não estarão correndo pra dentro delas.&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: arial,verdana,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span lang="PT-BR" style="font-family: Verdana;" xml:lang="PT-BR"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Em um ambiente selvagem os animais vão brincar, brigar, caçar, explorar mas nunca se exercitar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span lang="PT-BR" style="font-family: Verdana;" xml:lang="PT-BR"&gt;&lt;span class="Apple-style-span"&gt;Da maneira que se entende o exercício hoje tudo está ligado a séries, repetições e distância. Continue fazendo até chegar a hora, ou seu professor mandar parar, sem pensar, sem criar, sem aprender. Isso claro é o melhor caminho para a monotonia física.
